FREE SITE SURVEY

Our build process starts with a free site survey; allowing us all to discuss your brief and budget in detail, and undertake a thorough inspection of the project area.

DETAILED QUOTE

We’ll provide a quote to clarify the areas of work and the materials being used; allowing you to see exactly what is included. Any amendments can be made at this stage before work commences.

FORMAL CONTRACT

Provided that you are happy to go-head, you’ll be provided with a written contract clarifying the project specification, timeline and payment terms applicable.

SCHEDULING

Together with your Project Manager a start date will be agreed. Additionally, any applications will be made for any necessary permits required if applicable.

WORK IN PROGRESS

Your Project Manager will keep you informed of any issues that may occur throughout the build process. Additionally, if you wish to change any aspects the brief, they’ll do their best to accommodate this depending on the build stage, and costs involved.

WORK COMPLETION

Your project is only completed only when you’re fully satisfied. Our team will then clean and clear the site expediently so that you can start to use and enjoy your new space. The final payment will then be due.
